The information you provide will help the committee members match you with a mentee or small group who shares your interests. We encourage staff working at any of Duke's libraries to join, regardless of job family and designation.

We suggest mentorship pairs or small groups plan to meet monthly for a year in order to give them time to get to know each other and fully discuss relevant topics; however, participants can decide how long to continue based on their own needs.
