FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER PROGRAM - APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for expressing interest in contributing towards our 1st edition in Goa. We are looking for passionate individuals who can help make our festival a visually stunning and environmentally conscious experience. Please take a moment to fill out the following questionnaire.

 

Here are some factors to ponder before submitting your application

·      Mission & Objectives
To build a community that understands and follows our passion and provide a platform to those talented individuals

·      Attire and Preparedness
Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, comfortable shoes suitable for walking

·      Accessibility & Transportation

We encourage local Participants, who are accessible when required and have a personal mode of transportation

·       Dates

2nd - 3rd & 4th February. We are a 3-day festival, hence we require 3ss dedicated days from you. 

·       Communication Channels

Once the volunteers are shortlisted, we will send in an official mail on the collaboration and will be added to a WhatsApp group for daily updates

·       Training and Orientation

Date and Venue for the Induction program will be disclosed a week prior 

·       Code of Conduct

 Every candidate has to sign an NDA form and any breaches will be legally actioned

·       Benefits and Recognition

A certificate mentioning the Collaboration (Internship) and Daily allowances

·       Opportunities for Growth

Volunteer Terms and Conditions 

 

As a volunteer, you commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary festival information, artist details, and organizational strategies through a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Festival is dedicated to providing an inclusive environment, and if you require any accessibility, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. You agree to complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame and to the best of your ability. It is essential to work under the supervision of designated Festival staff or team leads, following their instructions for the smooth execution of tasks.

If you become aware of any accessibility issues that were not previously communicated, you must promptly inform the Volunteer Coordinator. The Festival maintains a strict policy against the use of illegal drugs and intoxication during volunteer activities, and violation of this policy may result in immediate dismissal. Additionally, volunteers commit to not consuming or bringing single-use plastic items to the festival grounds, aligning with our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Please note that the Festival reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any behaviour deemed unacceptable. The Festival also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with volunteers being notified of any changes.
