Hello! We are excited for you to be trying out for the Notre Dame Cheerleading Squad for 2024-2025! 
This is your Cheerleader Tryout Application Form. All Areas must be completed before Submitting.
All Teacher and Coach Evaluations are due by Monday, April 15, 2024.

The form will be shared with the Notre Dame cheer coaches and Athletic Director.  The teacher evaluations are due by Monday, April 15, 2024. *

Notre Dame Athletics requires a current MSHSAA Physical for tryouts and to be a Notre Dame athlete. Current physical forms MUST be brought to the first day of cheer clinic. Anyone without a current physical will NOT be allowed to participate in clinics or tryouts. ND requires a new physical every year. Notre Dame Cheerleaders are required to participate in ALL spirit activities, practices, fund-raisers, camps, performances, and any other spirit-related events that may arise. Notre Dame Cheerleaders will attend a Cheer Camp this summer. Place & date to be announced. *
Notre Dame Cheerleaders are expected to uphold the values and character traits outlined in the attached link.
