I pledge to the Lord to contribute the following amount in the year of 2021 for mission fund. I entrust the mission department to distribute the fund to mission ministry. I understand that my contribution to the mission fund is a practice of faith in God’s provision and should not affect my regular offering to the church or other outside ministries. *
