Meals, accommodations and ground transportation to and from the airport (upon request) will be provided for:
- Presenters
- LCN Certified Center Directors and Care Coordinators
Travel assistance is not available to any other medical symposium attendees. Other participants may attend at their own expense in person or attend the meeting virtually.
Due to budget constraints, limited travel assistance is available for approved applicants
up to $400. All requests for travel assistance must be submitted no later than
May 31st for consideration.
We ask that you find the most economic options available to you.
Please note, reimbursement is contingent on your attendance and will be sent after the meeting upon the receipt of the items listed below.
No payments will be made without prior authorization, as well as the submission of receipts no later than
30 days after the meeting. Please submit your receipts with
