This is the registration form for the Wild Rice Academy December Holiday 2022 Programme, 'Christmas Every Day?!'. This form is for the programme for 5 to 7 Year Olds.
Dates: 29th November 2022 [Tuesday] to 3rd December 2022 [Saturday]
Time: 10am to 12pm
Parent & Child Workshop: 11am to 12pm, 3rd December 2022
Parents are to drop their child off for class at 10am, and return at 11am for the Parent&Child Workshop.
This form will take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Completion of this form does not guarantee a place in the programme. We will be in touch via email when we have received the form with the necessary details to confirm your child/ward's place in the programme.
Do register your child in accordance to their age as of 2022.
