Fall Fest '23 Registration
At 5:30PM on Friday, October 20 we start in the St Jude youth room for pizza. Then at 6PM we head to Heidi's Farm Stand. There the kids can go thru the corn maze. After we will have cider and donuts. At 8:30PM we head back to St Jude for a 9PM pickup.

I give full permission for my child to participate in Fall Fest held at St Jude Parish and Heidi’s Farm Stand  on Friday October 20 2023 from 5:00-9:00PM. I understand that this event has been carefully planned and we will begin at St Jude and travel to Heidi's Farm Stand. I fully expect to be notified if my child is disrespectful or uncooperative.
If medical attention is required in the course of the night, I hereby give my permission for my child to be treated.
