This workshop is for Adults 18 and over. A series of 5 Food Preservation Workshops will be offered at the Johnston County Extension Agency with the FCS Extension Agent, Gwen Williams.

Please note: The cost of each workshop is $10 OR you can attend all 5 workshops for $45. Each workshop is from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Kitchen. Each workshop is limited to 12 participants. Please check the workshops that you will be attending.

Freezer to Crockpot meal prep (2 hour session, you provide meat and the rest is provided by me.$15 per person)

Cook Smart, Eat Smart (4 sessions that can be held for your church group, groups of friends or neighbors, or at extension) $15 per person

Med Instead of Meds (6 week program all about the Mediterranean Diet) $30 per person

Apples---apple butter, dehydrating apples, apple jelly---3 sessions to create 3 recipes and preserve. Cost $20
