The moderation team on r/TomorrowByTogether is seeking out a few individuals who are passionate about keeping a community organized and on topic!


We are seeking the following from applicants:
- Someone with a discord account [required for moderation discussion]
- Someone who is able to keep the peace and conversations on topic at any given time
- Moderation experience is preferred but NOT required
- Able to communicate clearly in a teamwork setting


What does it take to be a moderator on the subreddit?
- Actively checking the subreddit for new posts/comments as well as the mod queue and moderating them as need be
- Uploading TXT content such as articles, SNS and more
- Knowledgeable on reddit and how to navigate the site
- Have a passion for TXT and the members
- Being able to maintain calm when faced with outside stressors
- Working with others as a team to make sure the subreddit stays up to date
