Lodging

All course participants will be staying at the Port Elliot Beach House YHA. Once you register, you will need to contact Kath Garth to arrange your lodging. There are only 5 rooms with private ensuite bathrooms, and we recommend registering early if you need to secure one.

All rooms will be filled with one person to a room. If we reach capacity in the beach house, then we will make the offer of sharing a room available (if you wish to have a shared room, be sure to indicate this in the option below).

Single beds, bunk beds, & double beds are available, and they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. And all rooms must be filled before the shared room option will become available.

Making A Payment

A minimum deposit of $400USD or $500AUD is due upon registration. Once rooms have been assigned, we will reach out about making your balance payment. Full payment is due by October 1st.

Registration Policy

• Your EARLY registration and deposit demonstrate your intention, save your place, and support the course delivery

• The full payment is due no later than October 1, 2022

• Cancellations before October 1st: refund, minus a $50 processing fee

• Cancellations after October 1st: you must find a replacement student in order to receive a refund

• If we cancel the course for any reason, we will refund your all-inclusive retreat fee (not travel costs).

• We reserve the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum participant requirements

•We strongly advise making refundable travel arrangements
