What is Outreach Alley?

Outreach Alley is your chance to improve your organization’s outreach efforts while providing peer feedback to colleagues at other nonprofits. Organizations that choose to participate will set up outreach displays in alcoves in the ballroom. During Day 1 of the conference, attendees can view the displays and submit constructive feedback via “suggestion boxes” on each table.   


If you’re looking for additional learning on this topic, Outreach Alley displays will be incorporated into Conference Session 3A (Table Talk: Developing Engaging Tabling Experiences). While we encourage you to participate in both the tabling opportunity and the session, you may opt into just one or the other. Registration for a spot in Outreach Alley is free, but spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.


Logistical Details:
  • All tables in Outreach Alley are 6 ft. and will be dressed in white linens by hotel staff
  • Tables will be on display Day 1 of ONLC (8:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Table setup is Sunday, 3/2 from 5:00-7:00pm; or Monday, 3/4 from 7:30am - 8:00am
  • Table tear down is Monday, 3/4 from 3:30-6:00pm
  • Please note that your outreach table will be unattended for the majority of the event. While you are welcome to provide materials for viewers to take with them (business cards, brochures, swag), we encourage participants to avoid placing items of value on their tables.
