Faculty Civic Leadership Award
Nominations and self-nominations are accepted for this award.

This award recognizes a faculty member who has demonstrated a sustained commitment to civic engagement with measurable outcomes. The application should (a) provide evidence of sustained civic leadership with measurable outcomes (b) demonstrate the faculty member's success in creating active learning opportunities that benefit both university students and the community. The $500 award will be given to a community-based organization or cause in the honoree's name.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
1) Demonstrated civic leadership in the classroom and community.
2) Demonstrated capacity to affect positive change in students and community.

Applications will be reviewed by a committee of faculty, staff, and community leaders coordinated by the Leduc Center for Civic Engagement. The deadline for applications is March 25, 2022.
