HSD Board Mtg. Public Comment Sign Up
Beginning June 2022, Public Comment will be limited to 2 minutes per person for a total of 30 minutes maximum so that the planned business of the board may proceed in a timely manner. Please review: Policy 1400 Meeting Conduct, Order of Business, and Quorum, available under "School Board" on the HSD website.

The HSD School Board will hear the comments of those individuals who register in the order in which they register through this form as well as those who register to speak in person. Each speaker will need to identify themselves by their first and last name prior to making their comments. The 2-minute time window will not begin until after the speaker has had the opportunity to identify themselves. It is estimated that the Public Comment portion of Monday’s meeting will begin around 6:10 pm and will last up to 30 minutes total.

Those who are unable to speak may deliver a public comment through email at publiccomment@hocksd.org.

Board members do not normally respond to questions or petitions during Public Comments. They will listen and give direction to the HSD Administrative Team if action is deemed necessary.
