TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below is our Cancellation Policy, Health and Safety Statement and links to our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy. It is very important you read and agree to these:

Cancellation Policy

Due to the fact this is a small event and there are large overheads, both your deposit and any further payments you make are non-refundable.

However, if you are in the situation where you are no longer able to attend, please email dingbatsimprov@gmail.com and, if possible, we will help reallocate your ticket to someone else. Any refunds will incur a fee of £10.

Once you have submitted this form you will be sent an email requesting a deposit for the event. The deposit will vary depending on the accommodation type (see above). Only at the point the deposit is received, will your place at the event be secured. If you would prefer, you can pay the full amount with the deposit.

The full amount must be paid in full by the beginning of August. If you have not paid in full by 7th August your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and your booking cancelled.

Safety and Code of Conduct

We will do all we can to ensure the site is safe and secure for the duration of the retreat including manual checks and a risk assessment. We also hold public liability insurance and work with professional suppliers to ensure the safety of the attendees.

It is each attendee’s responsibility to ensure their own health and safety beyond what we can control. The event is held on a private campsite and there are no facilities on site to secure your personal belongings. Your belongings are your responsibility and we will not take any responsibility for these. We recommend personal travel insurance is purchased and any valuable belongings are kept in a locked vehicle on site.

You must agree to our Code of Conduct which outlines the behaviour we expect at all our events. If you break the Code of Conduct and are asked to leave the retreat, then no refund will be given.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy outlines what personal information we collect, what we do it with it, your rights, and also outlines our Image Use Policy.
