Hierbij word ik lid van Muslim University Students of Amsterdam en machtig ik Muslim University Students of Amsterdam tot jaarlijkse afschrijving van de lidmaatschapskosten van €15,00 van mijn rekening tot ik mijn lidmaatschap opzeg. Tevens ga ik de verplichting aan om via automatische incasso met de opgegeven bankrekeningnummer de contributie te voldoen voor de periode 04-09-2023 t/m 31-08-2024 (exclusief administratiekosten). Opzegging dient te geschieden voor het begin van het academische jaar via de mail. / Hereby I become a member of Muslim University Students of Amsterdam and authorise Muslim University Students of Amsterdam to automatically debit my account for a yearly €15,00 fee until I cancel my membership. I also undertake the obligation to pay the contribution for the period of 04-09-2023 until 31-08-2024 via direct debit with the specified bank account number (exclusive transaction costs). The cancellation of the membership has to be done before the beginning of the academic year by email.
