HER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.

As part of Her Outdoors Week, Orienteering Ireland, in conjunction with Sligo Sports and Recreational Partnership, are hosting an orienteering activity in Cleveragh Park, Sligo for women and girls, (accompanying children welcome). Learn the basic skills of the sport, get to complete a course around the lovely Cleveragh Park, get to use the MapRun orienteering app, and have a go at the orienteering maze. A stepping stone to further opportunities in the outdoors.
