The holidays are quickly approaching and our school is preparing to support families as we typically do each year.  This year, our role and efforts to assist families will look quite different, but we will still hope to provide the much needed support.  Due to the pandemic and current health restrictions, we will have to make changes to the holiday assistance program.  

It is Pleasant Union's hope that during this holiday season the school community will be able to provide gift cards for families in lieu of physical gifts. These gift cards are not guaranteed and are contingent upon the level of participation we have.

The information families choose to share is confidential. The families that choose to participate in donating these gift cards will only have a number assigned to a family. Those identification markers and the associated families are only known to select staff members and admin.

Details:
You are welcome to give more, but $25 gift card per child is the minimum requirement.
You will be assigned to an entire family, and each child in the family must receive the same amount.

After you fill out this form, you will be contacted by a counselor to assign you to a family number. Then you will be provided with the following information: number of students in the family, preferred store (Walmart/Target), gift card drop off information.
