Virtual Residency Fair Conduct Guidelines

1. Please keep your microphones and screen on mute through out the presentations.
2. There will be time in the last 5 minutes of the session to ask questions.
3. Utilize the chat box for questions. The chatbox will be monitored by the moderator.
4. Allow final year medical students to ask questions first
5. Your screen name should reflect your name, our institution, and position/class year
Ex. Jane Doe, PGY-3 UCSD or Jill Smith, MS-IV, Yale Medical School Anonymous users are not allowed
6. Please maintain an atmosphere of collegiality and respect for all presenters.
7. We do not tolerate disrespectful comments towards our presenters or audience. PM&R Scholars reserves the right to remove any members of the online event for violating these guidelines.
