Access to Technology
In the event that we need to close the Academy site and direct students to online learning, we need to understand students' access to technology (PC, laptop, tablet, electronic device (PS, XBox)) and the internet to enable them to engage in remote/online learning.

We recognise the sensitivity of the information we are requesting. Please be assured that a restricted group of staff will have access to the confidential information you supply. This group will comprise the Principal and members of the senior leadership team, pastoral and SEND staff including Learning Managers, the Inclusion Coordinator, SEND Officer and Attendance Manager, and the multi-academy trust’s Executive Board.

It may be necessary for a staff member to contact you to discuss your responses. We will do so using the contact details held on your child’s record. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the school.

The survey should be completed for all students. If you have more than one child at school, please complete a separate survey for each child. Surveys must be submitted by 20/01/2023.
