NDOW fishing field trip request form- Southern Region
Please submit 3 date choices as soon as possible, dates will be on a "first come first serve" basis.  Please consider choosing days other than Friday to avoid conflicts with other field trips. Possible locations are Lake Mead Hatchery Visitor Center, Floyd Lamb Park, Lorenzi park, Sunset Park or Veteran's Memorial Park. *There must be a chaperone assigned to no more than 4 students, due to safety along the water. We will have a virtual pre-field trip presentation to go over everyone's expectations. Field trips usually run 9am - 1pm including the bus ride.
