to provide me with your preference regarding trip cost and inclusions.
Initial cost estimates for next year's Thanksgiving Disney trip have come back 25% higher than our last trip in 2019. As a result, I have asked the travel company we work with (Bob Rogers Travel) to identify a few different options to try to keep costs down a bit. The options that they came back with each would include eliminating one day from the trip and having one fewer day at a park.
My recommendation is that we would continue with the "normal" trip, however I acknowledge that the cost is significant. We do fundraisers, beginning with the KeyCard fundraiser this December, to help offset costs.
Since this is a performance trip, it is important that we have at least 85% of the band travel. I am asking you to let me know your initial thoughts regarding your child's participation (this is not a committment). I am also asking you to rank the following choices. Your input will provide me a great deal of help in the last planning stages for our trip next year.
