Signup Process

Sign up opens 15th of March 2021 and will be open for until April 15th 24:00 CET. The order in which people sign up doesn’t matter, so no need to rush as long as you fill the signup form before the deadline. Please take your time with the questions.

Once signup has closed, if we have more sign-ups than we have places we will conduct a lottery where each sign-up gets a number. We will use these numbers in combination with casting conciderations to decide who gets offered a place at the larp first. You will know if you have gotten a spot by April 30th.

Deadline for payment will be the 1st of June. It will be possible to pay in installments also.

The sign up form will ask whether you would want to be on the waiting list. In the case of cancellations or participants failing to pay the participation fee on time, we’ll start contacting people on the waiting list.
