To report an absence, please follow one of these two steps:
1.  Call in your son's absence to 323-441-3112 (leave a message; 24-hour Attendance Line);
OR
2.  Fill out this form (or send an absence note).

If your son went to the doctor/dentist, please send the medical note with your son to submit to the Attendance Office.
