AS OF 02/04/2022 ALL SPOTS FOR NAKA-KON IDOL FEST 2022 HAVE BEEN FILLED

❤︎ If all spots are filled prior to the deadline, you may fill out the online application form and be added to the waitlist. Groups will be added to the waitlist in the order they are received. If a space opens up for your entry, you will receive an email notification, and you will have 24 hours to respond to that email or your spot will be given to the next available person on the waitlist. The waitlist registration will also close on February 26th, 2022.  

❤︎ A 3-ply surgical mask or a N95, KF94, or KN95 mask must be worn at all times including while performing.

❤︎ No solo performances.  
 
❤︎ Individuals may be allowed in up to two different performance groups.  

❤︎ Songs will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, so whoever lets us know first will have those songs. If the song you have picked has already been chosen we will notify you so that you can choose a different song.

❤︎ Groups of 5 or fewer members have up to 7 minutes of stage time to perform. Groups of 6 or more can have up to 10 minutes of stage time to perform. This can be broken up into more than one song, intros and outros, and/or one overarching song.  
 
❤︎ Must submit a practice video by Saturday April 23rd. Two-thirds(2/3) of the members must be in the video

❤︎ Preference goes towards J-Pop performing groups. (We have reached the cap on Kpop as of 01/24/22. Groups applying after 01/24/22 must pick Jpop songs)

❤︎  All costumes/outfits must adhere to the Naka-Kon dress code.
