I understand that I must observe all college policies during my stay at the college and will refrain from activities such as

·       Smoking in the building

·       Consuming alcohol in public lounges/spaces

·       Burning candles & incense.

*

I will keep my room secured at all times and will not hold the college responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen during my stay at the college.

*

I acknowledge that a building evacuation plan/map is located on the inside of each bedroom door and will familiarize myself with the plan and participate in any evacuation drills during my stay.

*

I will not punch a hole(s) in the temporary proximity card issued to me or otherwise damage/mark the card. Do not place your proximity on or near a wireless charging station, it will deactivate your card.

*

I will be respectful of other Reunion guests by keeping music and social gatherings at a low volume and not host any gatherings in the floor lounge after 10:00 p.m.

*

I will keep my room and suite tidy, placing all trash in or near the provided trash receptacles. Guests are encouraged to bring additional trash bags from home; a limited supply of trash bags is available at the On-Campus Housing Headquarters in Letchworth Dining Complex.

*

I will pay for any property damages or additional night stays (above and beyond the security deposit) by credit card within 5 days of being notified of the charges.

*

Every Reunion guest staying on-campus paid a $25 security deposit, to ensure you are fully refunded each guest (you and your roommate if you paid for both) must properly check-out (see detailed instructions below).

*

How to properly and completely check-out:

Step 1: Check-out between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday at Letchworth Dining Complex (Letch) at the On-Campus Housing (OCH) Headquarters (HQ).

Late check-outs (after 10:00 a.m.) are not permitted; guests who are not check-out by 10:00 a.m. will forfeit their security deposit and may be assessed an additional night’s stay charge.

Step 2: Linen Return Prep (if applicable)
Collect all rented linens provided to you: (1) blanket, (2) sheets, (1) pillowcase, (1) bath towel, and (1) washcloth, and place them inside your pillowcase.

Step 3: Look Around
Be sure to look around the room: in the closet, drawers, desk, bathroom, etc., to make sure you have gathered all your belongings.

Make sure trash is placed in or near trash receptacles; a limited supply of trash bags is available at the Letch OCH HQ.

Step 4: Leave bedroom door open and unlocked when you check-out

Step 5: Key, Card and Linen Return
Place both your access card and room key in the envelope given to you at check-in and return to a staff person at Letch OCH HQ.

Return all rented linens in a bundle (as described above - if applicable) to Letch OCH HQ.

Since you purchased the pillow, you can choose to donate it to a local shelter (collection bins located at Letch OCH HQ) or you can take it home with you.

Other tips on how to properly check-out:

You must physically check-out with a staff person on duty at Letch OCH HQ during the designated check-out hours on Saturday or Sunday between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.

If you need to check-out PRIOR to 7:00 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday, you must complete an online form by May 24 and you will be sent detailed instructions about how to properly check-out prior to 7:00 a.m.
Form available here: www.geneseo.edu/reunion/lodging

Leaving rented linens, pillows, keys and access card in your room will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
