I've enjoyed working with you during your time at Fredonia. I am seeking your feedback on our advising sessions with the goal of improving my effectiveness as an academic advisor. This evaluation is meant to give me feedback on your overall advising experience.

This form should take about 5-7 minutes to complete. This form is created by me, Dr. McGowan-Kirsch.
The results will be shared in my professional dossier as I seek tenure and promotion. This means that my colleagues, department chair, and administrators will read the results.
