This application is a form to apply to be a staff member working at PebbleHost on our support team. The Job includes answering support tickets and billing tickets to resolve any queries of any kind of nature.

We are currently hiring for the following hours:
  - 11PM -> 9AM UTC (6PM -> 4AM EST)
  - Pay Rate: $15/hour
  - Pay + possible bonuses of up to $17.50/hour
  - Flexible holidays

Job Requirements
 - Perfect Written English
 - Aged 18 years or older
 - Have a good knowledge of Minecraft servers
 - Experience with Multicraft & Linux
 - At least 20Mbps internet speed
 - Strong communication skills (Microphone required)

Desired Qualifications:
- Above average technical abilities
- Prior experience in customer support
- Ability to independently problem solve
- Above average knowledge with CentOS
- Knowledge in PHP & Java
- Extensive Minecraft plugin knowledge
