Interest In Free Adaptive Swimming Lessons For Children With Disabilities at the Burbank YMCA

Through a generous grant from the Town of Reading ARPA Fund, the Burbank YMCA will offer sessions of Adaptive Swim Lessons to Reading children with disabilities, and if space allows children other communities.  Each session will be capped at 4 participants (4:1 Ratio), each session includes 8 classes for 45 minutes each.  The purpose of this interest survey is to understand the ideal times, ages group and abilities of those interested in participating.  Once the sessions are set, a separate process will follow to allow for sign-ups.  Responding to this survey does not guarantee that all of these options will be available.

Adaptive Swim Lessons are designed to provide children/Teens who may learn differently with the least restrictive environment while in a group setting to enhance their swimming techniques with small class ratios.
