2024 Spring Performance Program Registration Form

PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

Before you register, please note that filling out this form & E-transferring your $75 deposit secures your place in our production (unless you have registered for a wait listed or audition class). If you are unsure of your commitment to our program, we do ask that you reconsider sending in your registration at this time. This helps avoid disappointment for others trying to gain entry into our program.

Please fill out the entire form and submit below to register your child for our drama program beginning the week of March 18th and running for 10 weeks with a break for the Easter holiday. As our program begins to fill up, you may notice "Full" or "Waiting List" before the class name. You may still register for these to hold a spot on the waiting list, however please choose a backup option if your desired class says "waiting list" as additional spots may not open.

 ** FULL tuition payment is not required at this time however,  A $75.00 non-refundable deposit will be due once you've submitted this registration form. Deposits can be e-transferred to downtherabbitholetheatreco@gmail.com. This deposit will go towards your actor's costume fee and ensures your actor(s) spot is reserved in our production. Your actor's spot is not reserved until we have received your deposit.

Invoices for classes will be sent in early February to the email you provide below. You can pay directly online through our new Parent Portal (we will be updating you on how this will work and emailing you a direct link) by sending an e-transfer or we can arrange for a cash/debit payment in person if desired. All invoices MUST be paid on or before our Monday February 26th tuition due date.

You will receive a copy of your completed form to the email address you supply. This is a confirmation of your registration. An email will be sent closer to our rehearsal start date with reminders about start dates, times and locations. If you need to make changes to the form, you can do so after submission through the link in your email.

Volunteering with our Production
Would you like information about volunteering on our DTRH Volunteer Committee? We are hosting 5 casual meet ups throughout our season for parents and community members to lend their creativity and/or expertise with fundraising, costumes, set construction, show set up, performance day duties and more!
