Please fill in the form below to apply for a one year general membership to the Sotos Syndrome Australasia Association. Membership is valid from July 1st 2023 to June 30th 2024.

The committee has decided to waive the $30 membership fee for new and returning members who meet the following conditions:
- A completed membership form is submitted.
- Applicants reside at an Australian residential address.
- Fees waived for members with Sotos Syndrome, their relatives and carers.

All other member applications from therapists or professionals must pay the $30 annual membership fee.

Please note you will receive a copy of our association rules and regulations once your application is accepted. Please add info@sotos.org.au to your address book to avoid emails or newsletters being redirected to your junk/spam folder. Thank you!
