Please fill out the below application to apply for a lead position on the Departmental Development Committee. The Committee was established in Fall 2018 and works closely with the Aerospace Department and WIA Executive Board to plan and execute recruitment and retention events. If selected, you will meet weekly with WIA Vice President Karolina Koziarski to organize these events.

Applications will be accepted until 11:59pm on Thursday, September 12th. Results will be sent out at 3pm on Friday, September 13th.

Available lead positions and descriptions are as follows:

Projects Team Lead: Oversees and directs team-based technical projects for various competitions throughout the academic year. Recruits team members from other majors as well as the aerospace department to create well-rounded, driven teams.

Professional Team Lead: Collaborates with partnering companies and sponsors to host resume reviews, informational sessions, and company site tours available to our members.

Academic Team Lead: Holds study hours and review sessions for various Aerospace, Mathematics, Physics, and Theoretical & Applied Mechanics courses required by the aerospace curriculum.

Social Team Lead: Works closely with the Vice President and other aerospace registered student organizations to coordinate social events such as the Aerospace Mixer and Pi(e) Day in March.
