Please complete the following questions to apply for the Berkeley Ensemble Chamber Sessions: London course taking place in July 2024. The first half of the form asks for contact and logistical information, and the latter gives you an opportunity to tell us about your playing standard and musical experience. 

Payment: a non-refundable deposit of £75 is due on application.  However, if we are unable to offer you a place on the course then the deposit will be refunded in full.  The balance of £220 due by Friday 21st June 2024.  Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer:  The Berkeley Ensemble, sort code 08-92-99, account no. 65330728.  Please put your surname and CSL24 as a reference.
