THIS FORM PERTAINS TO STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN AND PREK ONLY. EC PARENTS WERE CONTACTED SEPARATELY.

Please complete this brief form to select a learning option for November 5  - January 15.

The number of attendance days for Kindergarten and PreK is pending, based on parent responses but would follow the 8:30 - 11:00am schedule for the elementary schools. If you choose in-person hybrid your child/children will be placed in one of four groups, and attend on the day or days designated for that group.  All other learning with the class will be remote during the afternoons. You will be informed of your child(ren)'s group in late October. Wednesdays will be a remote learning day for ALL students in the district, regardless of choice.

Remote learning is an option for parents not wanting their child/children to attend in-person learning.

Parent(s) should complete this commitment form for each child attending school, remotely, or hybrid for each child.  If you have multiple children enrolled, PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD.

If you elect Remote Learning for your child, this choice will be in place until January 15, 2021.
