Flourish - Support and development progamme

Thank you for your interest in Flourish - support & develop programme for artists / creative organisations who wants to realise their community arts projects within the Darlington area.

Helix Arts are working in partnership with Creative Darlington, Darlington Borough Council to offer mentoring, support and funding to three artists who are based or have an interest in working in Darlington.
