Hi!

EAGxPrague (13-15 May 2022) is soon coming up and we would like your help organizing the event. There are opportunities to contribute from:
• now until May
• as little as 1-2 hours a week to taking on significant responsibilities for some aspects of the event

Examples of tasks you could help with:

Logistics
     • Stay up to date on health and safety requirements, update our guidelines
     • Research and secure an appropriate form of insurance
     • Furniture order and set up (lounging furniture, as well as cocktail tables for food)
     • Signs and directions at the venue
     • Research and secure:
              • Photographer (to take pictures throughout the event)
              • Videographer (to record content which can be used for a short video from the event)
Attendee Stewardship
     • Review applications
     • Help match match attendees with other attendees, and with resources
     • Communicate with attendees
Content
     • Liaison with speakers and MCs
     • Secure them travel and hotel arrangements
     • Select speakers for the event
Marketing and Communication
     • Managing the EAGxPrague email
     • Prepare all content for the Swapcard App
Event Evaluation
     • Prepare and implement event evaluation strategy
     • Assist with evaluation
