Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Cabot Cheese and Culture Festival! It will take place on Saturday, September 28th from 12:00pmm to 5:00pm on the Village Common in Cabot, Vermont.

Please note all vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Liability from their insurance company with the additional insured/insurance requirements listed in the event contract in this form. An official copy of this must be emailed to director@cabotarts.org. Please note, if an official certificate of insurance naming Cabot Arts as Additional Insured is not received before the event, you will not be permitted to set up.

Confirmation of participation in the festival will be sent via email when registration fees are received.
