Ridgeline Meal Program Form for 2021-2022
Free meals will be available for all 4J students and youth 18 years old and younger through June 2022. There are no income requirements and no application necessary to participate.  Students will receive lunch and a cold breakfast to take home for the following morning.  If you would like to receive on-site meals please complete the information below.
