The Tahoe Joy Festival is a NEW one-day music Festival to celebrate Tahoe's natural beauty and showcase North Lake Tahoe's vibrant music and arts community. This is a FREE family-friendly event that will feature regional music acts, youth performers, artists / makers, local food trucks + breweries, and nonprofits. With an estimated attendance of 1.5k throughout the day 

If you would like to be featured at this event please fill out the from below. 

The Tahoe Joy festival has space for:
20 artist/makers
3  Large food vendors - Food truck 
3 Small food vendors - ice cream etc.
3 Non - profit community organizations **We'd like for your space to be interactive! If need ideas, please reach out to pamtahoe@gmail.com for ideas.

*FEES - The festival can provide water, tables, chairs, electric hookups  and Green ware as needed. In the event of cancelation all fees will be returned or rolled over into a position at next years event. Vendors choice. We will have limited access to tents, please let us know if you need any help with extra set up info.

*Food/Beverage Vendors: Must have a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Vendor Authorization with Placer Co Environmental Health as well as a Placer Co Health Permit to participate.
                                           
      
Maker/Artisan - $100 per space - (table can be split between 2 artist )
Food/Beverage Vendors - $150 per station + 5% of gross sales
Food/Beverage Vendors - 5% sales ($25 space reservation fee. $25 goes towards 5% owed)
Non - profits - No costs

custom mountain cabin style picture and mirror frames made locally, mostly out of locally reclaimed lumbers. 
I understand that applications are being taken, and upon approval of TJF, I will receive a Vendor Acceptance form with payment options. 
When this form AND payment is made, that will be your final confirmation.
