2023 HFM Food Truck Application
The Hilliard Farm Market hosts 1-2 food truck vendors each week throughout the summer. The 2022 market operates every Tuesdays, 4-7pm, from May 21-September 3.  Vendors are asked to set up from 3-7pm. Our mailing address has changed: P.O. Box 158, Hilliard, OH 43026.

We are located at 5445 Scioto Darby Road, Hilliard 43026.

Our current policy is that food trucks are not charged a fee to participate in the market. Hilliard Farm Market provides an area within the market to host food trucks as a service to our customers. However, due to scheduling scrambles and cancelations last year, we are requiring a $100 deposit. This will be given back to you in full at the end of the season, if your attendance is perfect or you give us at least 48 hours notice of a cancelation. We understand that emergencies happen, so we will take that into consideration if the 48 hour notice cannot be maintained. If you do cancel or don't communicate, each absence will deduct $25 from your deposit that you will get back at the end of the season. We will not collect the deposit until the Food Truck Schedule is finalized.

Food trucks must posses all required licenses and insurance, and must read and adhere to the 2024 Hilliard Farm Market Rules and Regulations found on our website Hilliardfarmmarket.com.
