COVID-19: Case Management Consultation & Self-care Support (CMCSS) Registration Form
Dear colleagues,

A free weekly Case Management Consultation & Self-care Support (CMCSS) online group will be facilitated by *LOW MI YEN, a senior clinical psychologist, open to any mental health professionals, social workers, grassroots/community outreach workers, etc. who work or volunteer their services with various non-profit organizations (e.g. Sols Health, We Stand With You, NGOhub, D'Home, Buddy Bear, WAO, etc.) which are supporting COVID-19 impacted individuals like frontliners (medical and non-medical), patients, patients’ families, PUI, PUI families, essential services workers and any community groups in Malaysia.

All mentioned above, are invited to join this weekly online group, to be held every Monday 11am - 12.30pm on Google Meet (HIPAA compliant, hosted by SOLS Health). The format of this 1.5 hours session:-
o Soft-landing (5-10min mindfulness exercise to settle into group session)
o Case presentation (15min), Q&A to receive guidance/suggestion (35min) = 50min
o Self-care skills (learn self-compassion & mindfulness exercises & attendees share experiences) = 20min
o Zestful take-off (5-10min mindfulness exercise to energize before leaving group session)

*LOW MI YEN brief professional background:-
A Clinical Psychologist working with individuals, families, workplace and community for more than 25 years focusing on Employee Assistance Program (EAP), crisis intervention, mental health services, coaching, training, teaching and supervision. Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Crisis Intervention/Psychological First Aid, Family Therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions (Mindful Self-Compassion and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). An active member of Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP) and served in the executive committee for 4 years (2013-2017).

Those who wish to join this weekly online group will need to register (one time only) by filling in the details below. Upon receiving your registration, we will email you the Google Meet invitation. Please use the same Link weekly and you can choose to attend or skip, based on your needs/availability. Those who intend to present and receive guidance in managing their cases, just alert us 1 day before the weekly online group (no need to provide case details) by emailing navigaide@sols247.org. This Google Registration also will help us to recognize your needs, to support you further and also to look into providing more structured-based supervision in the future.
