College Credit Plus Sign In
This form acknowledges that you (Parent/Guardian) and your student watched the 2020-2021 College Credit Plus meeting in preparation for the 2021-2022 School Year.

Copies of the CCP Packet will be available to be viewed online where the Letter of Intent form can be printed or copies of the Letter of Intent form are available in the Counseling Office.

LETTER OF INTENT:  I understand that the letter of intent is due no later than April 1st and is to be submitted to the Counseling Office. This does not mean I must participate, but allows me to should I choose to do so. *
DUAL ENROLLMENT: (College Courses taken at the High School) I understand that all eligibility requirements must be met for both acceptance into the CCP Program AND for specific college courses that will be taken at Madison Comprehensive High School must be met by April 14th. *
Students are able to be accepted into the CCP Program and NOT meet eligibility requirements for certain coursework. It is up to the student and their family to ensure the student meets all necessary eligibility requirements by the required deadline of April 14th. *The college determines your eligibility. *
