一、研討會報名費：一般會員：500元；學生會員：300元；非會員：1,000元
歡迎非會員者及團體會員入會，入會費請見下述表單內容。

二、各項費用請於報名同時以匯款 或 郵政劃撥方式繳交，劃撥者請於劃撥單通訊欄加註姓名及繳交費用明細。
