2020年是充滿挑戰的一年：新冠肺炎疫情蔓延全球，全球經濟均受重創；同時，針對亞裔人士的偏見日漸增加，激化了各國家和種族之間的矛盾。作為一間以學校和學生為服務對象的小型社企，互文教社亦難免受到不少影響。在這困境中，我們仍希望可以秉持著一直以來堅定的理念：教育下一代，拓展他們的環球視野和回饋社會；因此，我們決定把今年的IEP改成網上進行，並免費提供予同學參加。
在本年度的IEP中，同學們會和來自世界各地，擁有不同文化背景的嘉賓進行交流；並透過體驗不同的工作坊和分組活動，訓練同學們的領導才能，提升他們的溝通技巧，和學習如何培養良好的人際關係，盼能把學習到的知識應用到日常生活之中。
互文教社希望能讓來自不同學校的學生都有機會去參與本次免費的活動，因此煩請各校老師提名3位有領導潛質、充滿好奇心及關心社會的學生參加本年度的IEP。

As a small social enterprise, ICE has not been spared the financial uncertainties brought about by the closure of schools and universities. However, our mission to nurture global minds for a better future remains deeply ingrained and as such, we take it upon ourselves to do the part in educating youths about the world. For this reason, we are offering our Summer International Elite Programme online and it will be FREE to students this year.
In the Summer International Elite Programme, students will experience true cross cultural interactions with guests from around the world, learn useful communication and presentation skills and collaborate with like-minded peers to transform their learning into action plans.
