The following is an anonymous survey for your PNC to help us collect your hopes and concerns for our new pastor. While none of the questions are required, we hope you feel able to answer as many as possible. All feedback will assist the PNC in formulating our MIF (Ministry Information Form), which officially begins our pastoral search!
