CGOC Recruiting and Retention Survey
Our most important assets to the National Guard’s success are the Soldiers and Airmen that execute the mission a daily basis. Retaining their skills, knowledge, and talent is critical to the continuity of operations and the joint force development of the National Guard.
After reviewing input from a previous survey, the Committee observed an unmistakable trend:
Junior Officers are  concerned about retaining top talent in the National Guard.

This survey is designed to pinpoint what most influences your motivation to serve, and what continues to impact performance in your respective component.

Our goal is two-fold in providing data to the NGAUS Legislative Team:
1. Do the concerns provide fidelity to current initiatives/legislation being initiated and championed?
2. Are there new concerns that should be considered that Legislative Team can review to develop new (and impactful) resolutions?

Understanding what works, identifying what doesn't, and creating an avenue for innovation is paramount to the growth of this organization and its rising leaders.

Please consider taking the time to provide us with your candid feedback so that we may prioritize the members that serve daily to secure the mission of the National Guard.

Onward,
The CGOC
