Application Requirements: All applications for the Spring Market (or both Markets) must be received by February 15, 2024. Applications for the Fall Market only must be received by June 15, 2024. All applications will be thoughtfully considered as they are received, and applicants will be contacted by March 2, 2024 (Spring and both) or July 1, 2024 (Fall) as to their acceptance.

Set-up, Security and Tear-down: Vendors may begin setting up their booths on Thursday, September 26; all booths should be completely set up and ready for business by 10:00 AM Friday morning and 9:30 Saturday morning. Hen and Chicks Barn Market reserves the right to ask you to remove items that are not consistent with your provided descriptions and photographs. Please do not display any items that could be considered dangerous, illegal or in violation of US Trademark Law.
Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise during the sale and non-sale hours; Hen and Chicks Barn Market will also provide overnight watch on Thursday and Friday nights.
Please do not close and tear down your booth before 4:00 on Saturday afternoon as a courtesy to customers and other vendors. Booth spaces should be left as they were found.
2024 Hen and Chicks Fall Barn Market Vendor Agreement
1. I agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location, and all its associates for any personal injury, loss, or damages to him/herself or any property loss or damages of any nature suffered by any person, vendors and especially the attendees while within the vendor's space or caused by the vendor. Vendor may not assign their contract for vendor space to permit any other person to use part of said space.
2. I agree to hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location, and all its associates for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or broken.
3. I agree that, should an accident occur within a vendor’s space caused by the vendor's displays, products or unsafe conditions, the vendor will be held liable. The vendor agrees to save and hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of location and all said associated from liability resulting in such accidents.
4. I agree to read and be responsible for compliance with all the rules and regulations in this contract.
5. I am responsible for product liability and accurate representation of products offered for sale.
