If you have a concern or complaint about a staff member, we would ask that you please contact the staff member
and attempt to resolve the situation as soon as and as often as necessary. If the resolution is not successful, please
contact his/her immediate supervisor.

To file a formal complaint with the school about an issue, an incident, or a staff member, please complete the form that follows in as much detail as possible. A Director will receive and direct the investigation of complaints, maintain records of complaints and subsequent related actions, and ensure compliance with the law. Should it be warranted, the Director will involve the Executive Director, and later the Board of Directors if needed.

Please be advised a Director will respond within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Director will hold investigative meeting(s) as necessary. The complainant(s) and/or their representatives as well as school representatives may present relevant information at these meeting(s). To ensure that all pertinent facts are made available, both parties may request other individuals to provide additional information. Complainants are protected by law from retaliation for his/her participation in the complaint investigative process. Complainants are advised that, while the school will make an effort to protect his/her privacy and confidentiality, investigation of the complaint may require disclosure of certain information to other parties. By filing a complaint, complainant authorizes the school to investigate and make disclosures as may reasonably be necessary to the investigation and resolution of the complaint.
