About the company: Ganja Girl LLC is a licensed Marijuana Event Organizer in the state of Michigan. The GG brand hosts imaginative and creative cannabis and live music events. 2022 is our first year hosting licensed temporary marijuana events, and we are looking for the right team members to join our inclusive collective of cannabis and music professionals! Ganja Girl is currently hiring temporary, one-time positions for our first licensed cannabis event on 7/9/22 in Lansing, MI. This position is temporary for one event only, however, depending on job performance and needs within the company, this has the possibility to turn into something more.


Job description: The Vendor Manager will oversee and manage all event vendors during this single-day event. The Vendor Manager will be expected to learn and understand the security plan, emergency plan, and each procedure regarding the vendor area prior to the event. The Vendor Manager will remain near the vendors for the entirety of the event and the Ganja Girl team will be relying on this person to uphold our expectations, procedures, and brand values while keeping all the vendor booths running smoothly and safely. The Vendor Manager will be the point of contact during the event for all the (non-cannabis selling) event vendors.  The Vendor Manager will be an extremely important representation of our company, so it is important to the GG team that this person is passionate about our values, dedicated, hard-working, and has a TEAMWORK mentality!


Payment:
-One lump sum payment for this single-day event in the amount of $150
-One catered meal during the event
-Ganja Girl staff merch


Requirements:
-Applicants must be 21+ years old with a valid state-issued ID
-Applicants must be willing to consent to a background check
-Must attend a short informational meeting at the event site on Friday, July 8th at 7PM
-Must be in attendance and able to perform well for the entire Ganja Girl event on Saturday, July 9th 11AM-11PM
-Applicants for the Vendor Manager position should have great management, organizational, and communicative skills, and be able to work well in high pressure settings.

Prior cannabis convictions will NOT be a barrier to entry.
