Whitley Bay Gift Vouchers - Bank details form for participating members

This form is for members of Whitley Bay Chamber of Trade to register their bank details in order to receive reimbursement from the acceptance of vouchers at their business. Payments will normally be made within 72 hours of receiving valid vouchers and you will receive the full face value of them.

You only need to register once as your bank details will be saved in the Chamber's account for future reimbursements.
