Farwell High School Drop & Add Form
There are three ways that students can request to drop/add a course each semester.  
1.  Complete this Drop & Add Form if you are seeking a schedule change with the Counselor.  
2.  Email Mrs. Rohdy directly at arohdy@farwellschools.net and in the title say "Schedule Change Request."  Explain in the body of the email what you would like to have reviewed for potential change.
3.  See Mrs. Rohdy in person in room 129.

The Master Schedule with course availability is located on the Farwell Area Schools website under Counseling Department and is also posted in the Counseling and Main High School Offices. Please refer to this Master Schedule and review course availability when completing your Drop & Add requests.

If making your request electronically (this form or by email).
~Please provide a phone number (in addition to email address) as an additional point of contact.  
~List your grade level, your option 1-3 choice for instruction, and the course(s) you wish to drop and/or add.
~Optional:  Provide additional comments or concerns regarding your schedule and why the change is necessary.  

Note:  Students will follow their current schedule while the form is being processed.  

Students have the first 2 days of the semester to submit a drop/add form.  This gives time for all requests to be processed within the first week.  If the changes are for second semester, the requests can also be made in advance during semester one.  

Your counselor will respond as soon as possible to your request.  Do NOT submit more than 1 form or email on the same request.  Be patient and wait for feedback.  

**Please recognize that required courses take precedence over elective course choices.  In some cases, requests may be denied due to course availability and/or overload.  If a student failed a required course, that will take priority over any electives.
